Within Bismak Vural Makina; An ERP system is used that covers all units and functions from production to assembly, from purchasing to accounting.
Relevant units can enter data about their units at every stage of the project, and all other units can benefit from the system in terms of both work follow-up and inspection.
The project manager assigned to each project follows all the stages of the project as the eye of the customer in the factory and reports in the frequency and detail requested by the customer.
